"I am really grateful that you took the time to give me some constructive feedback on my Linked In profile, as well as, some tough love around self promotion and owning my accomplishments.  I know this is an area I need to work on getting  more comfortable with and I'm looking for someone to help me with this as I speak.  It meant a lot that you cared enough to help a sister up her game."
